Phuket stay was lekker 🌴🌊

The spacious pools were such a vibe, especially chillin' at the swim-up bar after a long day out. Plus, the staff were super friendly. Oh, and the lush grounds? Perfect for strolling around and relaxing!

Brekkie could do with a bit more variety, kinda same-same every day, but it was still decent enough.

Everything was simply excellent. The staff was amicable and accommodating, the accommodation was fantastic and clean. The location was very central, amazing in the beautiful coastline of Kata. Welcoming service, though a few employees were not particularly helpful.

Incredible, good location in Kata Beach, close to also Kata Walking Street Markets, restaurant and shops and restaurants. Also, close to everything you wanna do. Had superior queen room with bunk bed, a balcony and fruit.

Consider asking for a room upgrade if your initial room lacks modern amenities. This can enhance your stay significantly.

Nothing was good. a great disappointment.

Check out was at 13:00 according to Booked.net but they wanted extra money for that. Internet charge is 100 tbh for 24/h according to Booked.net but they want 200 thb. Impolite and rude staff. Breakfast was a joke and disgusting. Cockroach in the dirty bathroom. We changed our planned 3 days stay to 1 day. It was a nightmare. Who gave them those 3 stars??? Catastrophic.

Kata sea breeze is wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a lovely spread that kept us fueled for the day. The grounds and pool areas were fine, perfect for strolling around. The staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

Old facilities could use a refresh!!! Wi-Fi connection issues were frequent, leading to frustration!!! Roomservice timing was unreliable and often late!!! Communication regarding room bedding definitely needs improvement!!!

The pool area is expansive and well-maintained, with several inviting pools to enjoy, including one with a swim-up bar that is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploration. I also appreciated the private terrace connected to my room, where I could enjoy my morning coffee in a peaceful setting.

The breakfast could really use a shake-up. It felt a bit repetitive and lacked variety, especially in Western options. The room I had was somewhat outdated, which might not bother everyone but didn't meet my expectations. Sound isolation was an issue. Noise from adjacent rooms often interrupted my downtime, and I caught a few too many conversations through the walls. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, especially during peak evening hours when more guests were using it.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The pools were well-maintained and inviting, offering a perfect space for relaxation. The distance to the beach was slightly inconvenient, requiring a bit of extra walking.
